    • Failure to make timely payment plan installments will result in immediate suspension of online course access, with the outstanding balance becoming immediately due and potentially forwarded to a debt collection agency.
  • Default: Any breach of the terms of use may result in all payable monies becoming immediately due, credit facilities being withdrawn, and suspension of services without refund for the period of breach. 
  • Governing Law: This agreement and all related matters will be interpreted and governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
